Is Context Up to Date?

First, ensure that you have the latest version of Context. Having the latest version ensures you have all the latest features and bug fixes. 

Are you logged in to the right account?

Next, verify that you're logged into the same account on both the Context app and Fulcra on the web. It might sound simple, but sometimes these small details can trip us up.

Are all the necessary permissions granted?

Another crucial step is to ensure that you've granted all necessary permissions to the Context app. Our app pulls data from various sources like health metrics, location, and calendars. If any of these permissions are restricted, it might lead to incomplete data collection. Double-checking your privacy settings on your device can often solve this issue.

To confirm that you have allowed access, check the following places:

  • Settings app→Context
    • Allow access to the data you want to share by toggling it.
  • Health app→Sharing tab→Apps→Context
    • Make sure to tap Turn On All or toggle the health data types you want us to access.
    • If the data types you want to share are already turned on but you’re still not seeing it reflected in your Timeline, try to toggle it off and then back on in the Health app.

Are your external data sources syncing properly?

Next, consider the data sources themselves. Sometimes, the problem isn't with Fulcra but rather with the other apps where your data is originally stored. Make sure these apps are up-to-date and functioning correctly. A quick restart or reinstall of those apps can sometimes do wonders.
