Problem 

I capture creative ideas — voice notes, photos of napkin sketches, fragments of thinking — across ChatGPT voice notes and phone photos. But that raw material sits scattered and format-locked. A voice memo isn't searchable. A photo of scribbled notes isn't something I can hand to an AI collaborator to build on. So even though I'd done real creative work — brainstorming a new theatrical format for a 2027 show — none of it was actually usable material. It existed, but I couldn't do anything with it.

Steps to Solve

1. Took voice notes in ChatGPT and copy-pasted them into an email to my Town bot.
2. Took photos of notes and sent those to Town as well.
3. Town converted both the voice notes and photo notes into text files and uploaded them into Fulcra, landing them in a folder called "Show Brainstorm 2027."
4. Asked Claude to access that folder via the Fulcra MCP connector.
5. Had Claude read the resulting file and reflect back the throughline and structure of the ideas.

Solution 

With the raw captures converted to text and centralized in Fulcra via Town, Claude could:

• Read the notes as a real document rather than a photo or an audio file it couldn't parse.
• Identify an underlying artistic question tying together several separate ideas.
• Surface a structural framework that was implicit in the notes but not stated outright about audience integration.

Result

• Turned scattered voice memos and photographed notes into one working document Claude could actually reason about.
• Got back a synthesis I hadn't fully seen myself, yet— the four-level audience-participation framework, and how two seemingly opposite ideas were actually variations on the same question.
• Confirmed the pipeline: photo/voice → Town → text file → Fulcra → Claude. The original images and audio don't need to live in Fulcra themselves only their text-ified form does, which is what makes them accessible to Claude at all.

None of this required new material. Instead, it required getting existing raw captures out of formats Claude can't use and into one Claude can.
