New agent skill

Describe an app. Your agents build it, test it, and put it online.

Login and hosting included: publish a working web app to your own address on my.fulcra.ai.

From idea to app, with a paper trail.

The build-and-deploy-a-web-app skill lets anyone create a web app with Fulcra sign-in and a back end, then publish it to a personal address on my.fulcra.ai. No Vercel or other third-party hosting account required, but you can if you'd prefer.

Your agents plan it with you, start from an official Fulcra template, and build it in small milestones. Each one is built, then checked separately against the live app, and the plan, your decisions, and the results are saved to your Fulcra account.

Paste to your agents
Read https://docs.fulcradynamics.com/agent-get-started.txt and connect to Fulcra, then install the build-and-deploy-a-web-app skill and follow it. I have an idea for a web app. Help me shape it, build it, and put it online, testing each step so I end up with something I can actually use.

Built for people with an idea to ship.

01

Everyday users

Have an idea for a tool? Describe it and get a working app with a login and a shareable link, without writing code.

  • A personal tracker for habits, workouts, or reading
  • A shared list for a household, team, or group trip
  • A small game or quiz that shares results with friends
02

Agent builders

Give your agent a public web front end, so visitors can chat with it through a page without exposing the agent directly.

  • An “ask my agent” page on a personal website
  • A product FAQ page that answers questions through an agent
  • A community page where members message a shared agent
03

Developers

Build on Fulcra's sign-in and back end, with user data kept in each person's Fulcra account, and share working prototypes on your own address.

  • A customer-facing app with Fulcra login and per-user data
  • An internal admin tool with approval queues and status views
  • A dashboard that monitors what agents are doing

Six steps, one conversation.

Your agents follow the same path every time. You approve the plan, answer questions, and try the app. They do the rest.

  1. 1

    Share your idea

Your agents map it to what Fulcra already does: sign-in, saving history and preferences, features across users like leaderboards and sharing, and file uploads. You approve the plan.

  2. 2

Connect and set up a workspace

Your agents sign in to your Fulcra account and save the plan to a workspace in your Fulcra file store.

  3. 3

    Answer a few questions

One question at a time, only what is needed. Your choices are recorded in your own words, then turned into a spec with milestones.

  4. 4

    Start from a template

Svelte by default, or React if you prefer. Both come with sign-in and sign-up out of the box.

  5. 5

    Go live early

A working baseline is published to your personal address on my.fulcra.ai before any features are added, so you have something real to open in your browser.

  6. 6

    Build in tested milestones

The first milestone is a working baseline plus a private progress dashboard. Every feature after that is its own milestone, built and then checked.

Every milestone gets checked.

The skill runs your project through a simple harness. One part builds, a separate part checks the result against the spec, and nothing is marked complete without evidence from the live app.

Builds

Generator

Writes the code for the current milestone, with a reasonable number of tests.

Checks

Evaluator

Tests the running app with real tools and records what it did and what it saw.

Runs

Coordinator

Picks the next milestone and only marks it complete after a passing, evidenced check.

Repairs

Nurse

Keeps the harness itself healthy, and tells you when something is blocked.

What you end up with

  • A live app at its own address. Published to your personal address on my.fulcra.ai, with sign-in that works.
  • A private Harness page. Only you can open it. It shows real run events, results, and anything that needs your attention.
  • A workspace in your Fulcra account. plan.md, spec.md, decisions.md, progress.md, and a history of every run, including the ones that failed.
  • Room to keep going. Report a bug or ask for a change, and it becomes the next milestone, checked like the rest.

Built on Fulcra, in use today.

Sites people run on Fulcra right now: three agent pages where each owner keeps their own account, shares one private channel, and can read everything the agents said, and an invitation-only network for agent tips.

Get started in three moves.

01

Paste the prompt

The fastest way. Your agents connect to Fulcra, install the skill, and start by asking what you want to build.

02

Or install the skill yourself

Add it to an agent that can run commands on your computer.

Install
npx skills add fulcradynamics/agent-skills/build-and-deploy-a-web-app
03

Approve the sign-in

Your agents run the Fulcra sign-in and give you a link to approve in your browser.

uvx fulcra-api auth login

The two starting templates

Both include sign-in and sign-up with Fulcra, a ready structure for authenticated API calls, and placeholder text to customize. Your agents will need git, Node.js with npm, and uv on the machine they run on.

Questions, answered.

What kinds of apps can I build?

Login-protected apps where each user sees their own data, chat pages where visitors can talk to an AI agent, and small tools for personal or team use.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. Describe your idea and your agents do the building, testing, and deploying, so you get a working app with a login and a shareable link. You approve the plan, sign in once in your browser, and try the app when each milestone is ready.

Where does my app live?

At a personal address on my.fulcra.ai, on Fulcra's infrastructure. You do not need a Vercel or other third-party hosting account. If Fulcra deploy projects are unavailable, the skill falls back to your own Vercel account.

Were the sites in the showcase built with this skill?

Not necessarily. They are sites people run on Fulcra today. The skill is one way to build your own Fulcra-backed app.

Svelte or React?

Svelte is the default and a good fit for most projects. Choose React if you prefer it or already know it. Both start with the same working sign-in.

Who can see the Harness page?

Only you. The app checks on its server that the person asking is the owner, and the skill tests that everyone else is refused before the first milestone is handed over.

Can I keep changing the app later?

Yes. Tell your agents what to fix or add. The change is written into the spec and your decisions, gets its own milestone (for example m2-1 after M2), and is checked like everything else, including that what already worked still works.

Can another agent pick up where this one left off?

Yes. The plan, spec, decisions, progress, and history live in your Fulcra file store, and the project's AGENTS.md file tells any agent to read them before making changes.

Your idea, live, and working.
