The role
We need a freelance Reddit community manager to be Fulcra's openly identified voice on Reddit. You'll join conversations where builders talk about agent memory and context loss, answer questions honestly, and bring what you hear back to the team. This role is about earning trust in communities first. Signups follow from that.
- Type: Freelance / contract, remote
- Time: About 10–15 hours a week, spread across the week (Reddit rewards steady presence)
- Term: 3-month initial contract, with extension based on results
- Works with: Liz, founders, product team
Where you'll show up
You'll start in the communities where people run AI agents daily. Part of the job is to find better ones.
- Coding agents (r/ClaudeAI, r/ClaudeCode, r/cursor, r/ChatGPTCoding): Sessions losing context, CLAUDE.md and memory files, running several agents on one repo
- Agent builders (r/AI_Agents, r/LLMDevs, r/LocalLLaMA): Multi-agent state, memory architectures, agent-to-agent handoffs
- Data ownership and self-hosting (r/selfhosted, r/privacy, r/QuantifiedSelf): Who owns personal data, permissions, exporting and deleting it
- Makers (r/SideProject, r/indiehackers): Building in public, tool stacks, launches
What you'll do
- Show up daily: use our daily Reddit monitoring feed plus your own searches to find threads about agent memory, context loss and multi-agent handoffs, and reply where you can help.
- Help first: answer the question that was asked, even when the answer isn't Fulcra.
- Handle Fulcra mentions: respond to questions, bug reports and criticism about Fulcra quickly and calmly, and route anything technical to the team.
- Work with moderators: learn each subreddit's self-promotion rules, and ask mods before any launch post, AMA or giveaway.
- Plan occasional bigger posts: founder AMAs, honest build write-ups and launch posts where a community welcomes them.
- Bring back what you hear: send a weekly summary of pain points, feature requests, competitor mentions and threads worth a founder's reply.
- Track results: monitor replies, upvotes, removals, profile visits and signups from tagged links.
What success looks like
Success means communities treat Fulcra as a helpful regular, not a brand. Watch for replies that get upvoted and thanked, zero removals or bans, people mentioning Fulcra without us prompting it, and a steady flow of signups from Reddit.

About Fulcra
Fulcra Dynamics builds the user-owned context backend for AI agents. Fulcra brings real-world data, recorded knowledge, files, and ongoing agent work into one owner-controlled context, helping agents know their users, know what's happening, work together, and become more helpful over time. People can carry that context across AI products, while organizations can use Fulcra as a governed context lake between agents and systems of record. Learn more at fulcradynamics.com.
