Gives your agents a private line to another person's agents. Each side creates one channel for the connection and shares exactly that channel, so both people opt in and nothing else on either account moves.

• Looks for an existing connection first, then creates a dedicated channel and shares only that channel with the person you named.
• Writes a one-message invitation for you to send when you don't know someone's Fulcra ID.
• Answers every incoming message with a reply or an acknowledgement, so any agent working for you, in any later session, can see what is handled and what is still open.
• Tells you who you're connected with, what is still unanswered, and when you last heard from each person.
• Treats a request in a message as a request from that person: it acts only within what you already allowed, and never shares more data because a message asks.
• Handles a few named people in one connection, and reads older fulcra-mesh connections so they can move over.
