A sibling of fulcra-rapid-prototype for ideas that aren't fully formed yet. The engagement starts with a Grill Me intake, exactly one clarifying question at a time, and ends in working software with Fulcra as the backend.

  • Six phases in order: Intake and Interview, Architecture, Plan, Prototype, Build, Retro, each ending in a git commit. Architecture and Prototype are gates that wait for your sign-off.
  • No mock data: prototypes map to real Fulcra primitives, or create custom data types and write real records.
  • State lives in a local git repository, backed up to your Fulcra account with git bundle, and a decision journal keeps the trade-offs and dead ends portable too.
